The first step in resolving any
operational issues is to refer
to the Owners Manual for
assistance. We also offer

asked questions. You may also

Representative at
(678) 323-0340. Please be
prepared to give your systems
serial number, your date of
purchase and a description of
the problem.
Note:
The user is responsible for
maintenance as described in the
Operation Manual. This
maintenance includes, replacing
toner, drum, belt and fuser
consumables, removal of dust and
foreign materials, clearing
paper jams, as well as following
prescribed routine preventive
maintenance.
On-site warranty
Your system is covered with a
1-year on-site warranty. In the
event a Customer Service
Technician cannot resolve the
problem and it is determined a
site visit is required the
Customer Service Technician will
dispatch an Authorized DEGRAVA Service
Provider within 24 hours
to the location of the printer.
If the warranty period has
expired and you do not have a
service agreement, please
contact DEGRAVA Systems Customer
Support at 1-877-Degrava
